Mr. Personnaz highlighted the opportunity to train restoration specialists in France. He expressed a willingness to involve Institute employees in the international seminar “The Images of Memory: The Newest Technologies of Preservation and Restoration of Manuscript and Printed Heritage,” scheduled to take place at Matenadaran from October 8 to 12, 2024.
Ara Khzmalyan also raised the urgent issue of restoring the state of photographs in Matanadaran collections.
After the discussions, the guests got acquainted with “The Revelation of the Photographic Treasury” exhibition.
