Businessman Muhammed Makki, who lives in the Republic of Armenia, today provided financial support to Mesrop Mashtots Matenadaran for the implementation of publishing programs. Director of Matenadaran Vahan Ter-Ghevondian thanked the businessman for the donation, noting that such support is very important and timely, especially these days of the epidemy.
In his speech, Mohammed Makki stressed that the support to the Matenadaran will be continuous. Karen Matevosyan, Deputy Director for Matenadaran Research Affairs, Director of the Friends of Matenadaran Foundation, and Aram Torosyan, Director of Matenadaran-Gandzasar Research and Cultural Center, took part in the meeting.
After signing the donation agreement, the Director of Matenadaran handed a letter of thanks to businessman Mohammed Makki.
