Several speakers gave a welcome speech, including Vahe Torosyan, the Deputy Director of Matenadaran, Rev. Father Vahan Ohanyan, a member of the Mekhitarist Congregation in Venice, Armenologist, Doctor of Theological Sciences and Professor Abraham Terian, Head of the Department of Translated Literature of Matenadaran, Doctor of Philology Gohar Muradyan, and Head of the Department of Publication, PhD in Philology Hayk Hambardzumyan. The attendees were greeted via video message from Venice by congregation members Rev. Father Serob Chamurlian and Father Gevorg Abegha Sargsyan, who presented an academic report on the new publication.
