The Director of Matenadaran, Ara Khzmalyan, and Vahe Torosyan, the Deputy Director of Scientific Affairs, met with members of the Mekhitarist Congregation in Venice, Father Vahan Ohanyan and Father Archimandrite Serob Chamurlyan, to discuss prospects for institutionalizing their existing cooperation. The discussion topics included the restoration of manuscripts, joint publications, and exhibition activities.
Additionally, the leadership of Matenadaran extended an invitation to the International Congress of Armenian Studies, which will take place this summer.
