Accompanied by Ara Khzmalyan, director of Matenadaran, the guests toured the halls of the Matenadaran museum and got acquainted with a range of Armenian and foreign language manuscripts.
The Departments of archive, digitization and restoration also presented their work to the guests.
At the end of the visit, a private conversation was held where the ambassador expressed his appreciation for the efforts of Matenadaran in preserving the written heritage. He also expressed his willingness to cooperate with all possible projects.
