The manuscript collections of Matenadaran were supplemented with four significant manuscripts: an 18th-century Psalter and Sharaknots donated by Nshan and Maria Paggalyan from Beirut, Lebanon, and a 15th-16th century Treasury and an 18th-century Collection donated by the Armenian Martyrs’ Congregational Church of Philadelphia. During their visit, the Paggalyan and Keshishyan families explored the new exhibitions, learned about manuscript preservation and restoration techniques, and observed the ongoing digitization efforts. A solemn ceremony to officially present the manuscripts is scheduled for October 25.
