The conference titled “Text, Commentary, and Interpretation. Problems of commenting on Ancient and Medieval Texts”, organised by Matenadaran and the Moscow Institute of World Literature, commenced today at Matenadaran.
The presentations by Armenian and Russian partners cover a wide array of topics, including Greco-Roman literature and philosophy, Armenology, and Eastern and Western Christian literature.
This ongoing series of annual conferences began in the fall of 2022, and the current conference marks the fourth instalment.
Conferance will continue on November 5 and 6.
