The “Matenadaran” Mesrop Mashtots Institute of Ancient Manuscripts, in collaboration with the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin and the Institute of Philosophy, Sociology and Law of NAS RA, organizes an online conference dedicated to the 900th anniversary of the birth of the great 12th-century Armenian thinker, scientist, legislator, fable-writer, and pedagogue Mkhitar Gosh.
The conference aims to honor the renowned public figure and to value his literary legacy.
The conference will be held on December 10-11, 2020.
The reports should be dedicated to Mkhitar Gosh and his literary heritage, medieval law, Armenian medieval theology and philosophy, and medieval Armenian literature.
