Accompanied by the director of Matenadaran, Ara Khzmalyan, the ambassador toured the museum halls, viewed temporary and permanent exhibitions, and saw samples of Armenian and foreign language manuscripts. He also visited the Department of Restoration of Old Manuscripts. At the end of the visit, Ara Khzmalyan and the ambassador had a private conversation to discuss potential future cooperation.
