Starting July of this year, a new exhibition titled ”The Manuscript Mystery of Nature Creativity” will open at Matenadaran, celebrating nature as a creator. The exhibition will showcase selected page spreads from the Book of Genesis, illustrating the creation of the world according to the biblical account of the days of creation. Additionally, it will feature manuscripts depicting various scenes of creation, old printed books, amulets, and decorative applied art objects. Among the selected works are Persian and Arabic manuscripts that portray the elements of nature, including ornamental images with plant, geometric, and floral motifs.
