RA President Vahagn Khachaturyan awarded the “Movses Khorenatsi” medal to two participants of the International Congress of Armenian Studies: Professor Theo Maarten van Lint from Oxford University and Associate Professor Anna Sirinyan from Bologna University. This award recognises their significant contributions to the development of Armenian studies and their long-term, fruitful work in the field.

REPRESENTATIVES OF ARMENIAN SPIRITUAL AND MANUSCRIPT CENTRES ARE CURRENTLY AT MATENADARAN

Events

For the second time, a meeting of representatives from these centres and leaders of state bodies in the Republic of Armenia is taking place as part of the International Armenological Congress. Similar to 2024, this year’s agenda focuses on strengthening practical ties with spiritual and manuscript centres and determining directions and formats for state support.
