With the support of Zhanna Andreasyan, the Minister of Education, Science, Culture, and Sports of the Republic of Armenia, and the coordination of Hasmik Tolmajyan, the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Republic of Armenia to Switzerland, a new batch of exclusive publications from the renowned philosopher’s valuable library has been sent from Basel, Switzerland, to Matenadaran. This collection includes significant works of German classical philosophy and literature, as well as unique items published in the 19th century.
It is worth noting that in 2025, a memorandum was signed between the director of Matenadaran and Karen Svasyan’s wife, officially donating the philosopher’s personal library and archive to Matenadaran.
The books are currently undergoing scientific description and cataloguing, after which they will be available to the scientific community.
