Accompanied by Aram Hakobyan, Permanent Delegate of Armenia to UNESCO, the distinguished guest toured Matenadaran’s museum, viewed exceptional examples of Armenian manuscript heritage, and visited the Restoration Department and the laboratories dedicated to the restoration and study of Arabic-script manuscripts.
At the conclusion of the visit, Khaled El-Enany made an entry in Matenadaran’s guestbook:
“I am deeply grateful for your efforts to preserve these valuable manuscripts.”
