Haroutioun Gulian, honored expert of the Supreme and Appellate Courts of Paris, and his family donated to the “Matenadaran” Mesrop Mashtots Institute of Ancient Manuscripts the valuable Atlas Historical Cartography of Armenia by Zadik Khanzadian, a prominent cartographer, Honorary Chairman of the French-Armenian Cultural Society, director of the “Samuel Murad” College and foreign member of the Academy of Sciences of the USSR.
Zadik Khanzadian authored the map of Armenia presented by the Armenian delegation at the Paris Peace Conference.
Jacques Khanzandian, Zadik Khanzadian’s son, gave to Haroutioun Gulian one of the copies of the valuable Atlas authored by his father, which is now housed in the Matenadaran.
