One of our wishes is for a meeting between Matenadaran and the Armenian youth to foster a sense of mutual responsibility, and only knowledge can establish such responsibility.
Matenadaran serves as a repository for manuscripts from around the world, and our ultimate goal is to create a true home for these manuscripts. Zinvori Tun has a mission to address the aftermath of war and disaster, contributing to the citizens’ physical and psychological rehabilitation.
Meanwhile, Matenadaran’s mission is to restore manuscripts that have suffered because of historical catastrophes and acts of vandalism.
